To generate leads by conducting various Sales & Marketing activities / events. Business development – customer identification through various sources. Sales/revenue target achievement and Customer Relationship Management. Connecting and developing better relationship for sourcing business from Builders / AR / DSA / Other channels or direct / Participating in marketing events. Meeting prospective customers to understand the requirements clearly. Coordinating with customer and internal teams such as legal/technical/credit/disbursement etc team for appraisals, sanctions and disbursements as required. Developing positive and professional relationship with the customer to enable cross selling, getting referrals and other business opportunities. Preparing and sharing status of leads, activity, application process, disbursement etc

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferable : Candidate preferable from NBFC / Banking sector experiences. Products : Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage and Small Ticket LAP
