1. Cultivate solid relationships with clients while managing their current or ongoing projects/requirements, 2. Maintain an accurate record of all existing and potential clients. 3. Draft client service agreements or statement of works that provide details on scope of service and other contract terms. 4. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals. 5. Regularly interacting with clients via telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings. 6. Identifying and resolving client queries and responding to these queries in a timely and professional manner. 7. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive consistent and high-quality service. 9. Generate progress reports for clients and for internal management using excel and power-point presentations. 10.Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. 11.Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

They will need to come with: 1. 2 to 4 years of experience working as a client servicing executive in a services company. 2. Experience of having handled clients directly and in person. 3. High level of proficiency in English – written and spoken. 4. Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously. 5. The ability to work efficiently under pressure. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities 8. Ability to work independently and also as part of a team to meet deadlines. 9. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. 10.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (excel and power-point skills are a must).
