2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

needs and objectives.
6. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal
and external stakeholders.
7. Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
8. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
9. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by suggesting and at
times driving process improvements.
10.Develop a thorough understanding of our service and solution offerings to

Requirements
They will need to come with:
1. 5 to 7 years of work experience with atleast a year or two as an Account
Managerin a services company or in an advertising company.
2. Experience handling enquiries and requests from customers and have the ability
to address their needs.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
4. Exceptional English language skills - written and verbal skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
7. Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize.
9. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and
externally.
10.Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
11.Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
12.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (proficeincy in Excel and Power-point is
a must).
