Banking/Broking/Insurance/Mutual funds ,sales , Customer interaction
Manage Bank Virtual Channel to achieve targeted sales turnover of the assigned channel and adhering to regulatory compliance. Ensure proper segregation of customers to the SOs. Ensure reasonable capacity utilization of seats. Sales Officers to be recruited for the channel & Train them Manage the clients in the locality within the said radius Hiring and retaining qualified resources in channel, especially those in remote locations Retaining of customers in competitive markets. Ensure Compliance while serving the customers Monitor client’s leads of the given channel. Monitors Customer calling/follow up leads. Monitoring income from other product. Recruitment & Retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any stream Good communication skills in English is mandatory 2+ years experience in Banking/Broking/Insurance/Mutual funds with proper relieving letter & 3 months latest pay slips mandatory. Please confirm the interview walk-in date. Good knowledge of sales , Customer interaction Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in Team Handling Comfortable for Face to face and virtual both type of interview
