Task and Activities: Analyze the given project and plan: Review the order received from ISP PM and analyse the circuit, identify the antenna, pole length, cable length and related logistics requirements. Sourcing and arranging necessary materials: Site specific pole and clamp requirements need to be fabricated or sourced existing kit from warehouse. To be installed RF Antenna, tested and configured. Transportation arrangement to the site location with proper packing. Execution of Activities: To discuss feasibility or Installation plan with the end Customers. Carrying out step by step process of feasibility or RF Antenna Installation at site based on the requirements. Real Time site specific requirements need to be addressed. Capturing necessary photos from site. Completing mobile app based task closure activities. Preparation of site feasibility and Installation reports Ensuring work safety at all times according to client requirements. Field Engineer Requirements: Any Degree or graduation. 0- 2 years of experience in a field-related role. Good understanding of safety guidelines. Great communication skills. Computer literate. Multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner.
