Implement our customers' solution needs. Aid in developing Business Requirements Document process from requirements gathering to sign off from customer Manage the implementation process, from design, deployment, UAT, Production deployment and Hyper care. Lead the technical implementation team end to end, from development to post production hyper care. Be a trusted advisor during the implementation phase, recommend and build scalable solutions for the success of our customers. Initiate project change requests for additional customer requirements. Understands the product roadmap. Work closely with your project manager to ensure project progression as per the project plan, access and manage risks to project completion and proactively address any risks or deviations to the plan. Assist in the project status meetings with the customer to understand any changes to the agreed upon technical requirements. Identify system and process improvement opportunities. Ensures project/department milestones and goals are achieved Regularly review delivery of scoped engagements and build best practices, in order to fine tune scoping and better address the needs of future customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical background with at least 5-8+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas including but not limited to Software architecture design Business requirements for technical translation Professional consulting experience Sales force expertise with administration and development required Expertise with REST API’s, APEX, JS, CSS, HTML, JSON, XML Testing expertise UAT to Regression with full understanding of project and technology lifecycles Excellent communication skills Ability to articulate value to key stakeholders Experience with longer term planning for customer’s use of our solution and platform for large, complex implementations and rollouts Experience in planning and executing customer discovery meetings /workshops Bachelor's Degree Required or Equivalent Experience Available to travel up to 15%
