Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field Candidate should be aware of HTML, PHP, JAVA SCRIPT, JAVA ( mandatory ) ANGULAR / REACT technologies ( Preferable ) Should have the passion to learn programming, learning and teaching Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role Should be familiar with the javascript and web technologies Good time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency in MS Office Should be a quick learner and willing to learn new technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Prepare and conduct technical training programs and ensure that training programs are in sync with business needs Prepare an effective training material Conduct technical training sessions on a regular basis Collect feedback from developers on technical training sessions Evaluate developers and teach new skills to developers Document and maintain all training processes Should be self motivated and continuously enhance technical and presentation skills Ability to self learn the upcoming technologies and train the developers in it and ascertain technical skills of developers are getting sharpened regularly. Should be loyal to the work and ensure at least 2 years of commitment with the Company NOTE : ? Candidates who have experience in software programming and technical training only should apply. ?
