Product Requirement Document (PRD), System Design Specification(SDS),

? Create prototypes of workflows and UI to gather user feedback and validate ideas ? Conduct user research and analysis of existing designs in order to understand user needs and product goals. ? Convert requirements into UI Designs with input from the Product Managers. ? Produce UI Designs for features and work closely with the development team to have them implemented. ? Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps ? Conducting competitor analysis to understand how users might expect the product to look and behave based on their experience with similar products ? Create and maintain design deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, user journeys, application flow diagrams, and personas. ? Make decisions about typography and colour palettes, designing logos and individual UI elements such as buttons, icons and form

Desired Candidate Profile

? 5+ years of professional UI / UX product design experience ? Ideally experience in the healthcare domain, understanding of the patient and data safety. ? Experience with information-rich B2B style of designs. ? Experience designing for different personas (amateur user, expert user, local audience, international audience and multi-language localization) ? Proficient in design and prototyping tools ? Required: Sketch, Figma, InVision ? Bonus Skills: UI Animation Preferred Tools: Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Zeplin ? Good to have: Knowledge of Usability Engineering and Human Interface design standards. ? Highly organized and efficient when working across multiple projects to meet tight deadlines ? Strong product thinking and understanding of tactical design. Ability to read through Product Requirement Document (PRD), System Design Specification(SDS) and roadmaps to understand the end user needs and deliver Software Design documents and design deliverables based on that.
