- Facilitating planning, tracking, and scheduling and testing of software deliverables. - Locating and directing resolutions for critical issues related to software interface. - Assessing software and system issues to find solutions to them as per requirements. - Developing working relationships with product managers, and software engineers and others - Managing testing to align with client deliverables

Desired Candidate Profile

- Person should have 10 years+ of experience in software testing - Have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering - Proven background in Integration testing, API Testing, performance and NFR testing from strategy to execution. - Work well in a team environment, teach and learn from their teammates. - Comfortable with agile development and work iteratively. - Take ownership and see initiatives through - Have a desire and ability to learn in a fast paced and innovative environment. - Good communication and collaboration skills - Coordination of the test execution across different teams, including the risks and issues related to Performance / NFR test deliver
