HR Executive – Talent Acquisition with 3+ years of experience in hiring both technical and non-technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements efficiently. Key Responsibilities: * Handle full-cycle recruitment for technician and non-technician roles * Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references * Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable profiles * Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates * Maintain recruitment trackers and databases * Ensure timely closure of open positions Requirements : * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience in bulk and lateral hiring * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Willingness to travel between Chennai and Kerala if required
