Job description

Job Title: Quality Inspector Location: Sunguvarchatram & Gudapakkam, Chennai Company: Crown (Client Location – Myunghwa / Vitesco) Experience: 1 – 4 Years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 take-home per month under the NAPS scheme (Food and cab provided; accommodation not available) Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical, Automobile, EEE, or ECE Job Summary: We are looking for a Quality Inspector to ensure that products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements at our client manufacturing sites in Chennai. The candidate will support inspection activities, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process and final inspections as per work instructions. Ensure adherence to safety norms, PPE usage, and 5S practices on the shop floor. Maintain inspection records and complete daily documentation accurately. Review non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions. Participate in internal and customer audits and assist in quality reporting. Coordinate with team leaders to meet productivity and quality targets. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of quality standards, inspection tools, and good communication skills.
