Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials • Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as required • Maintain inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock • Track production KPIs such as output, efficiency, and downtime • Coordinate with quality team to ensure compliance with standards • Prepare MIS reports and production reports for management • Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs • Handle production-related issues and ensure timely resolution • Knowledge in capacity planning and BOM, BOO – Preparation Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Production / Industrial / Mechanical or related field • Relevant experience in production planning and control (3-5 years depending on role level) Key Skills • Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling • Familiarity with ERP systems • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and coordination abilities • Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain processes • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Skills (Optional) • Experience in manufacturing / pharmaceutical / engineering industries • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
