Job Title: IT Field Sales Manager Experience:4+ Years Industry: IT Services & Consulting Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Upto 10 LPA + Incentives + Allowances Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven IT Field Sales Manager to drive revenue through direct, on-ground sales activities. The role involves engaging with schools and construction companies, pitching IT/software solutions, and closing deals through face-to-face interactions. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve revenue targets * Generate leads through walk-ins, local networking, and referrals * Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos * Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions * Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and construction clients * Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures * Maintain daily visit reports, follow-ups, and CRM updates Requirements: * Proven experience in B2B field sales / IT or software sales * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to confidently approach and convert clients in person * Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis Preferred: * Experience in SaaS or custom software sales * Existing network in education or construction sector * Salary: Competitive + Incentives * Growth: High potential for leadership roles
