Designation: Service Engineer – Industrial Automation Work Locations: Gujarat, New Delhi, Chennai, Coimbatore Experience: Fresher - 2 years Salary Details: * 18,000/- to 25,000/- Gross Per month (commensurate with experience and skill set) * Statutory benefits and Insurance applicable. We’re looking for a handson, customer driven Service Engineer who can bring our systems to life at customer sites and ensure every installation performs flawlessly. Responsibilities: * Install and commission automation systems — PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and weighing controllers — ensuring smooth start-up at customer sites. * Diagnose and resolve electrical or control system issues, both on-site and remotely. * Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks to keep systems running efficiently. * Work closely with Projects, R&D, and Software teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements. * Maintain accurate installation reports, service logs, and feedback summaries for continuous enhancement. Requirements: * Strong understanding of PLC systems, sensors, and industrial control circuits. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics. * Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. * Willingness to travel and handle on-site support activities. * Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics. * 0 to 2 years' experience as a service engineer.
