Job Description: • Must have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS • Must have experience in employee payroll processing works, issue of monthly payslips. • Must have experience in monthly billing on clients, managing accounts receivables, A/R , A/P, payment to vendors/suppliers’ management, processing employee claim / travel conveyance reimbursements, commission for agents/channel partners. • Good at timely client billing & collections/ Expertise in the Preparation ofMIS reports/billing projection statements for bank/auditors. • Preferably have knowledge of PF/ESI/TDS /GST/ statutory compliances, Issue of Form 16, etc. Knowledge of Tally ERP. • Desirable to know basics of HR Recruitment process, handling job portals, take care of Employee relationship/engagement activities. • Must be able to handle day to day admin tasks • Must have proficiency in MS PPT & MS Excel, documentation work, etc. Required Candidate Profile • Qualification: Any Degree, like B.Com, Inter CA, Preferably MBA (Fin &HR) • Experience:2 years • Good communicationsskills, a MUST. Knowledge of English, Tamil (Hindi also preferred) • Must be able to maintain • Should be able to coordinate with Employees/ Facility manager/ Auditor/ Bank Manager / CEO. • Female Candidates Preferred. • Having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage. • Must be able to reach our office within 30-45min (proximity) and to avoid far off places to save long travel hours Key Skills Client Billing, Accounts Receivables, Bill Payables, Payroll, Statutory Compliances like PF/ESI/TDS, Pre& Post Recruitment, Documentation works, Book keeping, Pleasant mannered.
