Handle walk-in customers and perform field visits for collections. Mark daily attendance at the allocated branch register. Maintain a daily cash register at the branch. Submit all receipts to channel partner owner by end of day. Ensure T+1 cash deposition timelines. Submit daily collection reports in Excel format. Carry company-issued authority letters/ID cards. Coordinate with telecaller , for case status follow-ups.
