Job description

Job Description: Desired Skill and Experience: · 7+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. · Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems) · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills · Strong communication and team management abilities Roles and Responsibilities · Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. · Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. · Monitor manufacturing costs and inventory valuations; coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate cost accounting. · Manage budgeting and forecasting processes; provide financial insights to support strategic planning. · Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including tax filings, GST, TDS, and audits. · Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and implement recommended improvements. · Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. · Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance staff. · Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed. · Assist in ERP implementation and improvement of financial systems.
