Job Description: Production Operator to join our team in the resin sand and foundry division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment involved in the resin sand moulding process and general foundry operations. This role requires hands-on experience in handling core shooters, sand mixers, mould handling, and related tools. Key Responsibilities: · Operate and maintain resin sand mixers, core shooters, and moulding machines. · Monitor resin-coated sand preparation and ensure proper mixing ratios. · Load and unload moulds, cores, and castings in line with safety protocols. · Assist in casting operations and perform fettling or cleaning of castings when required. · Conduct regular checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs. · Maintain clean and safe work areas, adhering to foundry safety standards. · Work closely with quality teams to ensure defect-free production. Requirements: · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in resin sand foundry operations. · Knowledge of foundry safety practices and production standards. · Physically fit and able to work in a high-temperature industrial environment. · Team player with good communication skills.
