Job description

To ensure Legitimate file conversion of Micro LAP & Agri. Secured Loans/Mortgages from 2 Lac to 5 Lac for our existing Micro Finance Members & Open Market customers as per ESFB Compliance, Process & Policy. Key Responsibilities: Processing of Micro LAP & Agri. secured Loan leads sourced by MF RMs by accessing customers Income & Property Valuation through personal discussion (PD) & field Visit (FI). Lead conversion for existing micro finance members who require MICRO LAP or ASL. Ensure consistent delivery of ESFB products and services and prompt follow up of repayment in an efficient manner. Ensuring end to end completion of Loan document right from application form filling till disbursement of the loan. Required to solve all the queries raised by Credit, Legal & Technical teams and additional document collections wherever mandated. Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed till loan aging up to 12 months
