Job description

Overseeing the activities of laborers, subcontractors, and other workers working on the erection site. Regular inspections of material movements, manpower safety, etc. The supervisor will coordinate with project managers regarding work schedule, work progress, resource availability, etc Liaising with seniors, stores department, purchase department and suppliers for getting deliveries schedule, and ensuring that materials, machinery, and equipment are available on-site as needed. Preparing Site reports of daily activities (like material loading/unloading time, error resolving time, etc), progress, issues encountered, material receive and material utilisation and any safety incident that occur on the erection site. The supervisor plays a key role in coordinating these meetings, preparing agendas, and actively participating in discussions regarding progress, issues and problems at site. The supervisor ensures that work is carried out in accordance with the project plans, specifications, and procedures.
