Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in student counselling, enrolment management, or related educational roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing student records and application documents. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate new leads for student enrolment through various channels. Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. Develop and maintain relationships with current leads to facilitate their journey from inquiry to enrolment. Draft and refine Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for students applying to various educational programs. Provide personalized counselling to students regarding program options, admissions criteria, and career paths. Collaborate with academic departments and admissions teams to streamline processes and enhance student experience. Stay updated on educational trends, program offerings, and admission requirements to effectively advise students.
