B.Tech / BE in EE / EEE
Proven experience in export sales of Power Quality Improvement Products, including substation equipment, with a strong overall understanding of electrical power systems (3-4 years minimum). Expertise in the integration of Power Quality Improvement Products into power systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in relevant software tools and industry-specific standards.
MS Office Proficiency: Demonstrates expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project. 2. Team Morale and Adaptability: Maintains high team morale and adapts to project requirements. 3. Project Scheduling: Supports PMs in keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines. 4. Technical Skills: Prepares and reads SLD, equipment layout, and attends site and factory meetings. 5. Procurement and Coordination: Prepares purchase and PI, invoice requisition for SCM and Accounts Department, and coordinates with suppliers, customers, and factories for on-time project delivery. 6. Documentation and MIS: Maintains proper project documentation and updates Management Information System (MIS). 7. Reporting: Prepares scheduled project reports for management.
