Proven track record of developing and implementing holistic successful marketing strategies end to end. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention through innovative and effective marketing campaigns. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the gold bullion industry. Analyse competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead in the market. Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand image. Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing materials and communication channels. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other online channels. Develop and implement digital campaigns to drive online engagement and sales. Content Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and informative content for various marketing channels. Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience. Offline Campaign Management: Plan and execute events, trade shows, and sponsorship to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Evaluate the success of events and recommend improvements for future initiatives. Team Management: Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
