At first, we look this job role as an internal elevation role for excellent and consistent performers across MF, GL, IBRL & OD collection teams. For External Candidates: Number of years of experience (range): 1-3 years Types of Companies/Sectors worked for: - Banks/NBFCs, Housing finance companies should have relevant experience in LAP & housing finance. Responsibility Managed in previous organization: - The applicant Should Have experience in Sourcing of LAP & housing products Languages: - Working knowledge of English and fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Computer/technical skills (If Any): Should be comfortable in using Excel (ability to analyze reports sent from Head Office) and email (ability to communicate clearly in written English).

Desired Profile

To ensure Legitimate file conversion of Micro LAP & Agri. Secured Loans/Mortgages from 2 Lac to 5 Lac for our existing Micro Finance Members & Open Market customers as per ESFB Compliance, Process & Policy.
