Autonomous check sheet, Tooling knowledge that will help him to know what tools are required to operate a particular component Problem solving, Ovality, GDT (Geometrical Dimensional Tolerance), 14 symbols, Supervising the Operators and operations Availability, Performance and Quality- OEE Overall effective efficiency Regular attendance maintenance Good understanding of manual 2D programming

Desired Profile

Ensure programming has to meet the product requirements Good understanding of drawing Good knowledge of the measurement and usage of measuring instruments/devices, check for the gauges for the running part Follow the stage drawing, control plan, poke yoke check sheet, Excellent understanding of the Codes (M and G) that are required to be used Loading and of loading of component from the machine During operations checking for the tools if in good conditions during the machining process to avoid accidents/damages to the machine and components Understanding of the production cycle time and target that needs to be achieved for the shift Daily maintenance of machines check sheet, normal coolant oil checking, hydraulic oil and machine cleaning to be done Setting of machines Basic understanding of programming according to which tools can be arranged Insert grade knowledge
