Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Industry Preferred: - Automotive, EV Mobility, Electric motors. Taking care activities involve from concept design to pilot production. Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics. Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Excellent skills in team management, Team involvement and cooperation with all teams and management.

Desired Profile

Job Description: Proficiency with engineering design programs such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, ANSYS. Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, BOM, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, DFA, and operational manuals. Ability to handle all QC instruments, Material selection based on applications. Responsible for performing meshing and finite element attribute assessments for durability and NVH analyses of chassis systems for uni-body and body on frame vehicles. Perform chassis systems modeling. Perform analyses on chassis and full vehicle models as components, subsystems and full vehicles, including bare frames, trimmed frames, chassis components, and full vehicle models to determine performance against targets. Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with company Design, safety, Quality. Environmental compliance. Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements. Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems. Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs. Development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.
