Job description

Maximize employee productivity & improve employee morale. Managing experience in fabrication process involving sheet metal (SS/MS) including powder coating. Sound knowledge in machining processes (CNC) involving SS/EN8 material. Working knowledge in solid CAD will be an advantage. Good knowledge in reading drawings

Desired Profile

Responsible for effective performance of both Pre-Assembly and Assembly floor, including outsourced services. Accountability: Meeting monthly targets. Complying with quality requirements of the products. Continuous improvement of production process including cost effectiveness. Document control of the in-house & outsource process.
