Mature women of age 30-35 is better. Minimum of 1 years work experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills and ability to lead root cause analysis investigations Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP is a plus. Good command over tamil and english language. Better if the person could relocate to ranipet if not from ranipet. as it is technical job so better person could relocate

Desired Profile

Responsibilities The Quality/Process Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, implementing and improving our company's production processes. The role involves working closely with production operators and administrative staff to ensure plant standards are met. Candidate will be required to do technical customer dealing after she is trained in technology. we have customers around ranipet/ambur mainly. Our job is not a lot of travelling job. its a service industry in which very occasional travelling might be required to understand/convince the customer for technology. Polyurethane is chemical reaction between isocyanate and polyol which is poured on the mould through automated machines. we make polyurethane outsoles. Our technician from north is stationed in ranipet who will train the candidate for the technology. i am myself b.tech from IIT Guwahati so we are a technology oriented company.
