Assistant Project Manager (Interior Fit-outs) is an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of work for the construction of our new office space. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Identify potential risks and challenges that could impact project success. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, contractors, and subcontractors. Coordinate resource allocation to ensure efficient utilization and progress tracking. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the site, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
