● Effectively plan for the Project Requirement Gathering Sessions ● Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis to understand the client requirements Coordinating and communicating with the client and the internal project team - Developers, PM, QA’s, etc. on the business requirements to ensure the smooth flow of the project ● Requirements walkthrough to the team after the client approvals and ensuring all the clarity is attained throughout the project ● Develop user stories/ functional specifications/ system design specifications for client engagements by understanding the customer requirements ● Reports effectively to Project Manager on the status of discovery calls/ grooming sessions ● Efficiently manages the Change Requests

Desired Profile

● Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements ● Defining the vision for the team’s product & creating a product road map based on this vision ● Preparation of drafts/refinements of stories into tasks that the development team can execute ● Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements ● Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals ● Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations ● Responsible for overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development ● Review the user stories and approve the business requirements ● Participating in Scrum meetings and product grooming sessions ● Create wireframes and get approvals on time, keep track of requirements and change requests Skills and Qualifications: ● In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology ● Working knowledge of product development architecture ● Strong analytical for understanding the problem statement & work along the client to understand the requirements ● Ensure effective prioritization of the backlogs during each sprint ● Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking is appreciated ● Excellent oral and written communication ● Ability to work with large teams ● Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills ● Good Documentation and Presentation skills
